#1 What is the minimum age to ride with a scooter or electric bike?

#2 Do I need a circulation permit?

Yes, Personal Mobility vehicles are subject to the same maximum alcohol rates established by the Road Safety Law. The prohibition of driving with the presence of drugs in the body is also expressly provided for.

 

7# What fines can I get according to the DGT regulations in 2021?

  • 100? for circulating 2 people on a scooter
  • 200? for driving while using the mobile phone, headphones, or by pedestrian areas and sidewalks
  • 500-1000? (plus immobilization of the vehicle) for driving under the influence of alcohol
  • 1000? for driving under the influence of drugs

8# Can points be taken from my driver's license?

No, committing an offense with a Personal Mobility Vehicle does not lead to the withdrawal of points from the driving license.
