7# What fines can I get according to the DGT regulations in 2021?
- 100€ for circulating 2 people on a scooter
- 200€ for driving while using the mobile phone, headphones, or by pedestrian areas and sidewalks
- 500-1000€ (plus immobilization of the vehicle) for driving under the influence of alcohol
- 1000€ for driving under the influence of drugs
8# Can points be taken from my driver's license?
No, committing an offense with a Personal Mobility Vehicle does not lead to the withdrawal of points from the driving license.
