To make purchases in swissgo, you can quickly register on our website by choosing an email address and password. Once registered, you can complete the rest of the information at any time on the "my account" page. If you prefer, you can finalize your purchase without registering.

The prices of our products are shown with taxes included and must be considered for a single unit unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products and to add, change or remove special offers at any time.

We work to ensure that all prices for our products are correct at the time of purchase. However, our website has thousands of products and therefore it is possible that in rare cases an incorrect price may be displayed.

swiss+go will not be responsible in the event of publishing, due to an involuntary or technical error, a Product whose sale price to the public is manifestly lower than that offered on the market at the time of sale, so that the existence of that error was notorious. In those cases, swiss+go will inform the Clients as soon as possible and will cancel the order, returning the money to the Client. If the Customer has already received the Product, they must return it to swiss+go (swiss+go will assume the cost of the return). swiss+go will not be obligated to complete the sale or deliver the affected Product.

Customers may cancel orders before receiving the product as long as the order is in the ?processing? and as long as the particular conditions of the campaign in question do not exclude this possibility. This information will be provided to the Client in the campaign itself. In any other case, if the Client wishes to cancel an order, he must return it, as indicated below.

To cancel the order, the Customer must follow the procedure established in the My account > My Orders section. Order cancellation requests via email will not be accepted.

swiss+go reserves the unilateral right to cancel/annul orders in the cases and in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in the "PAYMENT METHODS" section, related to the verification of payments, of these Terms and conditions of sale or if some defect is observed in the products object of sale.


All payment methods offered by swiss+go are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entities of the means of payment. If said entity does not authorize the payment, it will not be possible to continue with the purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Payment by credit card is made through Banco de Sabadell's VIRTUAL POS platform, which guarantees maximum security in the management of credit card transactions. The acceptance and delivery of the products will remain pending until the actual verification of the payment.


The products have a 2-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity of the same that is manifested in the period? from the delivery date? planned and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations for consumer customers. Regarding products reconditioned or purchased by non-consumer customers (Professionals), the warranty will be one (1) year from the date of delivery.

The guarantee does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, electrical accidents, installation and/or use not in accordance with the instructions for use or not carried out by the authorized technical service when appropriate, nor materials or perishable products, subject to wear due to normal use or because they are consumables. Products modified or repaired by the Customer or any other person not authorized by the technical assistance service are excluded from the guarantee.

The guarantee does not cover those defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or its handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or its operation. In these cases, the consumer must take charge of its repair. Therefore, the following are excluded from the guarantee:

  • Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with the safety instructions in the product manual.
  • Products modified or repaired by the client or any other person not authorized by AP PHOTO.
  • Incorrect software/hardware configuration, by the client, of a piece of equipment, component or peripheral. Incorrect software/hardware configuration or equipment failure caused by a component not supplied by AP PHOTO and incorporated by the client.
  • Infection of computer viruses, by the client, on equipment, hard drives or additional software.
  • In the case of electric bicycles and scooters, the guarantee will be 2 years on the mechanical part, and 6 months on the electrical part and battery.

Wear, signs of improper handling, improper use, abuse, blows, falls, dirt, will be treated as repair outside of warranty low budget.
