In this case, the costs of collecting and shipping the new product will be borne by us. To do this, you must contact AP PHOTO by sending a message to the email address <strong>\n  <a href=\"mailto:soporte@swissgo.tech\">soporte@swissgo.tech<\/a>\n<\/strong> the following details:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number and date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name of the item(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for return<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick-up address of the product you wish to return (it is very important that you attach the invoice to the package)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 calendar days to return a product from the moment you receive it at your home if you are not satisfied.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the end of the 14 calendar day period, swiss+go will not accept returns due to withdrawal of product purchases.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns made within the deadline will not incur any penalty. However, the <strong>customer must bear the shipping costs of the return<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For information purposes and unless the specific terms and conditions of sale provide for a different cost due to the particularity of the product to be returned, the return shipping costs in the case of using the swiss+go return system  <strong>they are currently \u20ac9.95<\/strong>  for the Peninsula or Balearic Islands and \u20ac15.95 for countries of the European Union.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer has the right to return the Products at his\/her own expense without using the swiss+go returns system. In this case, the costs of collecting and returning the product will be borne by the customer, who must send the products to be returned through the same type of shipping that was used to send them their purchase.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, swiss+go recommends choosing a service with acknowledgement of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returned products with a counter-bag at swiss+go&#8217;s expense; We will not take care of cases where the product is not received.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><em>The refund will be made once it has been confirmed that we have received the product in perfect condition, unused and unsealed, and within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of withdrawal from the consumer.<\/em><\/mark><\/mark><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact AP PHOTO by sending a message to the following email address <strong>\n  <a href=\"mailto:soporte@swissgo.tech\">soporte@swissgo.tech<\/a>\n<\/strong> the following details:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order Number &amp; Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name of the item(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for return. (Optional)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returns Not Accepted<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established in Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgement by them that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as computers configured on demand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The provision of digital content that is not provided on a material medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that consequently they lose their right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Book with obvious signs of use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts through no fault of our own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF RETURN<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging and condition, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the return of products with a gift or promotion, the complete return (complete pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include game download codes, it will be a requirement not to have downloaded it in order to proceed with the full subscription.<br\/><br\/>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<br\/><br\/>If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LATE OR UNRECEIVED REFUNDS<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven&#8217;t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;ve done all of this and still haven&#8217;t received your refund yet, please contact us by emailing <strong>\n  <a href=\"mailto:soporte@swissgo.tech\">soporte@swissgo.tech<\/a>\n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SHIPPING &amp; RETURNS<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product you must mail it to our warehouse located in Barcelona, Spain, for this you must first request an RMA number or return approval by sending an email to <strong>\n  <a href=\"mailto:soporte@swissgo.tech\">soporte@swissgo.tech<\/a>\n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the return product to reach you may vary. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also request our return service with home collection for a cost of \u20ac9.95 for the Peninsula or Balearic Islands and \u20ac15.95 for countries in the European Union.
