RETURN POLICY

AP PHOTO will accept the return of a product in the following circumstances:

Defective product or wrong shipment

You have 30 days from the moment you receive a product at your address to return it if it has defects or the shipment has been wrong. In this case, the costs of collecting and shipping the new product will be at our expense. To do this, you must contact AP PHOTO by sending a message to the email address soporte@swissgo.tech with the following data:

  1. Order number and date
  2. Name of the item or items
  3. Reason for return
  4. pick-up address of the product you want to return (it is very important that you attach the invoice to the package)

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive it at your home to return a product if you are not satisfied. In this case, the costs of collecting and returning the product will be at the expense of the customer who must send the order through the same type of shipment that was used to send them their purchase.

The products must be returned in their original condition, without having been used or damaged, in their original packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact AP PHOTO by sending a message to the email address hola@swissgo.tech with the following data:

  1. Order number and date
  2. Name of the item or items.
  3. Reason for return. (Optional)

The refund of the amount will be carried out once it is confirmed that we have received the product in perfect condition, unused and unsealed, and within a maximum period of 14 days from when we receive the notification of withdrawal from the consumer. 

Returns not supported

Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws :

  • The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the entrepreneur, you will have lost your right of withdrawal.
  • The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as computers configured on demand.
  • The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return.

For the return of products with a gift or promotion, a complete return (complete pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include game download codes, it will be a requirement not to have downloaded it to proceed with the full payment.
